Get up, get outdoors, and get playing this fall
A few of us here at Spark have joined the two adult social sports leagues over the last year or so and we totally recommend them both for a good time while getting outdoors. Whether you sign up for a sport you grew up playing (like softball or basketball) or something different (like dodgeball or kickball), it's social, great exercise and a ton of fun. Before it's too late, hurry up and sign up for the fall leagues that'll keep you active right up until the time of the holiday binge.
